Not an easy read, but an incredibly important mental model: cooperative-individualism.org/hayek-friedric… TLDR: We often apply scientific cause-and-effect style explanations to situations where these tools cannot possibly work. This can lead to disastrous outcomes.

What other companies have thoughtful compensation structures for non-founder members of the executive team? E.g. requiring significant direct ownership of stock held for the long term / not just granted options? A few examples that come to mind: Constellation Software, Watsco.
