Most osu! youtubers/streamers are hackers but won't admit it since they built so much with so little effort that it would be a waste of time to re-do something so stupid and meaningless and also i hacked on a relax server

People who put their maps in HP7 or over are just trying to be assholes, HP6 is still acceptable but there's no reason at all to put your map any higher. Also, I would say around HP5 is the best.
