The FRED STEIN survey from QUB Public Health on #iodine in teenage girls found higher intakes of milk were associated with better iodine status. Milk is a good source of iodine - a 200ml glass of milk contains over 40% of a teenage girl’s iodine requirement bit.ly/2IVgQMi
