For #wildflowerhour this week it’s #whiteflowers - a wild flower meadow with lots of yarrow with the lovely delicate leaves & these are all #whiteform! #yarrow

Although the weather has been grey & wet, there was a little sun yesterday, so I went to see if any marsh gentian were flowering. They aren’t open unless it’s sunny. Yay, was sunny enough & found a few #sunlovingflowers #wildflowerhour

For #wildflowerhour, #stillFlowering on the heath - gorse, bell heather, marsh gentian (it was grey, and no sun, so the flowers stay closed up) and devils bit scabious - it was a bit marshy, so I may avoid the heath until we have a few dry days!

#fungi - so many fungi seen over the last couple of days (the fly algaric are the same as those I posted previously, just looking older), ink caps, helvella crispa (white Elfen saddle) in the church car park, turkey tale & birch polypore (well I think!)
