It's true. A couple of years back, it was around 2 Rs. Also, Axis Bank isn't purchasing from Accor directly. Couple of parties are involved- Axis Bank -> Vernost -> Ascenda -> Accor Groups were also segregated according to the pricing. All Group B costs less than 1 Re/mile.
