UKRI suspended the whole EDI panel for months in response to the Minister’s accusations. My "Heritage Language Identity Questionnaire" is up & running (paper will🤞follow soon)! For multilingual families anywhere. Researchers & orgs (ie schools) can have their own subspace to understand the families they work with better. A labour of love. hliq.group.shef.ac.uk

Our paper ‘Teacher perspectives on the introduction of linguistics in the languages classroom: Evidence from a co-creation project on French, German and Spanish’ just dropped! Keir Starmer was right to say in #ITVDebate that "we desperately need more teachers". Our latest postgraduate ITT forecast (based on applications so far up to end of May) is that we expect recruitment to be ~23,000 overall, 10,000 short of the overall target
