Hayfever friends. I couldn’t leave the house on days like today until last year. Tried steroid tablets which didn’t help much. Then last spring a GP friend recommended I try Fexofenadine tablets, Mometasone nose spray and Optimcrom eye drops and I haven’t sneezed once all week.
