Last weekend we welcomed just under 70 new Level 4 #Referees to Leeds for our second New Level 4 Development Day! 🙌 Sessions included Laws of the Game, Assistant Refereeing, Penalty Area Decision Making, Positioning at Restarts, Leading the Team, and Fitness. 💪
