Day 6. To be honest, my leg is still in a lot of pain and I'm not sure how much further I can go 😩 Giving it a shot and doing all I can to keep moving but every step is painful on my left. I don't want to let anybody down so I'm giving it a go. Much love 💙

Unfortunately I made the decision to cut day 6 short. Close to calling it a mile in with horrendous pain in my quad, but wanted to try and keep going as much as I could. After limping my way to half a marathon, it was the right time to call. Will asses tomorrow. Much love 💙

In pain just walking up & down stairs 🤦 Going to give it one last shot today and see how it goes, then I can say I've given it everything. Praying it doesn't flare up like yesterday.
