Spoke to Cost of Living on CBC about road tolls and congestion

The COVID-19 vaccine should not be wasted, but giving it to bystanders may create unintended incentives to congregate near vaccine locations. Should we have a list of people willing and able to go in at the drop of a hat (within priority groups and the rest of the population)?

Policymakers need to take into account the real costs of having COVID. Increased healthcare costs from "long-haul" effects, lost productivity, and the impact on happiness. Similarly, there are costs from the detrimental effects on cognition and mental health.
