Here's a story I wrote on Bus Stop Theatre's recent win at the Creative Nova Scotia Awards Gala in The Coast - Halifax/Kjipuktuk “The Bus Stop Theatre has always been and continues to be a community effort, born of the community and for the community.”
It was a pleasure to work with Lucy Harnish on this one and the folks we spoke with for the story. (And thank you Alex Cooke and Terra Tailleur for the support!)
My colleague Lucy Harnish at King's Journalism made the front page of the The Chronicle Herald with her story "Speed Dating for Doctors". It's a great read.

Very happy to announce that we're hosting the Halifax book launch of Moody Garland's The Skin We're In, in conversation with El Jones on Feb 13th.
Representation in media starts in journalism school. My colleagues and I are calling on King's Journalism and U of King's College to do more to tackle systemic racism so BIPOC journalists--students and faculty--can thrive at King's. Sign the petition here: change.org/p/university-o…
