With everything that’s happening around us, we urgently need a global coalition of good people. Of the kind and the reasonable. Of all those who want to help build a world where all people can lead free and dignified lives. And if we can also laugh as we go, even better.

I know there are bigger problems in the world, but as a New Yorker, being governed by Trump and Cuomo at the same time is going to be grating.

To state the obvious: Trump should absolutely stop Netanyahu from launching an idiotic and politically self-serving attack on Iran.

If any Iranians read this, I want to say that there is at least one Israeli (and many more) who thinks that a war between our countries is an idiotic tragedy. God, I am pissed now.

1. Iran is real, and also a distraction. 2. Gaza is in the worst situation it’s ever been. 3. Any European and international leader not demanding the resumption of aid and the urgent restoration of internet access to Gaza is an unworthy coward.

A cliché that never stops being true. Most people simply want to a) be left alone; and b) live their life and raise their family with some measure of freedom, dignity, and security. All this BS is caused by a tiny minority of sociopaths, with, yes, too many passive followers.

People grieving in Gaza, Israel, and Iran. I am not proposing anything or "drawing false equivalences," or whatever. I am just so deeply sad and angry.

Every war distracts us from all the other wars, while the thugs focus on the one they are waging.

I hate the feeling of being afraid to go to bed because of what I might read or hear in the morning.

Maybe a strange moment to re-share this, but if not now, when? Freedom, dignity, and security for ALL.
