Reconnecting to what interests us, what excites us, what turns us on, what "clicks" w/ us, is an un-skippable part of realistic trauma recovery. We are not going through this to become someone else's version of who we "should" be. We're in this to recover ourselves.

I’m sick of being here… just as a part, not a whole. I’m exhausted, everything is too much, nothing is enjoyable. I wish I could be enthusiastic about things like the others but I am so tired. -💜
