Usually I'm on here reporting Bus Éireann service issues. Very happy to say I just had a wonderful customer service experience with an online ticket problem. Thanks to James at Bus Éireann for sorting it for me!

They were dreadful in the 80s when I was a kid, and they're even more hideous now.
