I had the most incredible day at the Young Achievers Reception yesterday. It was amazing to see everyone after so long, and it was a true honour to be able to showcase the achievements of so many St John Ambulance England Young People in front of HRH The Princess Royal 💚🚑

Lovely to catch up with Amber Watkin Leo Daubeney Jake McCandless & @LukeNCOTY this evening our outgoing St John Youth England National COTY team for England. Across England we finalise the appointments of our new DCOTYs & now planning forward as they complete their tenure in #2022 #Cadets

I know they’ll represent SJA incredibly well and I’m so looking forward to seeing them in Cornwall! Another massive congratulations to the those who went on selection, the quality of cadets from St John was just incredible and I know it was extremely hard to pick the finalists.

With all this excitement about the Cadet Vocational College - the new name for CVQO Westminster Award 2022, it makes it even more special to announce that I am the new St John Ambulance Regional CVQO Officer for the North East and I'm so looking forward to helping SJA cadets gain new qualifications and life skills!

So pleased to welcome Phoebe and Amber to our team as regional CVQO officers within St John Ambulance England! Both have been Westminster Award finalists, studying our BTEC and ILM qualifications, and are back to help support young people to follow in their footsteps! @CVQOChiefExec
