I believe Domenicali is addressing Lewis directly by saying this. Actually quite worrying that he feels he has to. It means the vibes of lack of motivation scared the CEO of F1. Seeing how Lewis is such a huge part of this sport.

There are multiple reasons for a go around or 2 rejected landings. Which may be demanded by ATC or related weather conditions or tech issues of the aircraft. There is no fail landing if you walk away from it. Pilots’ workload is insane in such situations. A PA was surely made.
