The Alpha Beta Sigma at-Large Chapter held its annual business meeting and induction ceremony in a warm and inspiring atmosphere. The event featured a powerful keynote address by Dr. Mohammad Algarni, who delivered a talk on “The Emotionally Intelligent Leader.”

This was followed by the annual report, highlighting key updates from our dedicated officers and committee chairs. Their efforts demonstrated the impact of our programs, finances, member engagement, and volunteer work—reflecting the strength of our collective commitment.

We were especially privileged to host our keynote speaker, Dr. Mohammad Algarni, a respected leadership development consultant and associate professor. His insights on “The Emotionally Intelligent Leader” were both timely and essential

We also celebrated excellence through the 2025 Recognition Awards, honoring remarkable nursing leaders. Among them were Dr. Muneera Al-Osaimi, recipient of the Lifetime Achievement Award, and Professor Nabeela Al Abdullah, recipient of the Distinguished Nursing Scholar Award.

Four new members were proudly inducted, marking a historic milestone for the Alpha Beta Sigma at-Large Chapter—it was the first time we inducted members from outside Saudi Arabia. We welcomed Dr. Muna from Kuwait, as well as Ms. Shannon and Ms. Dalreece, both working in Qatar.
