Do you ever scare tf out of yourself for no reason? Like I’ll be downstairs getting juice and I’ll tell myself “imagine if someone was standing behind your rn waiting for you to turn around” like I had NO REASON to do that to myself

Sometimes I feel like I have my life together and then my windshield gets foggy and I don’t know what to do to get rid of it

here’s my advice, hug everyone you love a lot tighter. never leave someone in an argument. be present. say i love you way too much. take a lot of pictures with the ones you love. you never know when it’ll be the last time you see them. please don’t take any second for granted.
