📷 Modern phones can take photos with fantastic depth perception. They exploit parallax, the offset between simultaneous-but-separate snapshots, to infer depth (2D ➡️ 3D). Turns out, we can discover cellular mechanisms from similar snapshots of cells! biorxiv.org/content/10.110… 🧵
