I am appalled by Spectrum and the fact that they are still charging college students full months WiFi during these UNCERTAIN times 2 days into the billing. Just when I thought they had good customer service, true colors show.

I am all for being a strong, independent woman, but if a man offers to do any task for me that sounds unappealing (changing a tire, mowing the lawn, etc) I will say yes 100% of the time. Could I do it? Yes. Would I rather him suffer than me? Also yes.
