when the weather changes our bodies need different things. it's getting cold and dark so more soups, more root vegetables, more sunlight, more intense exercises, more journaling, more therapy.

I realize that truly following love, whether it be for myself or others, is what has kept me going. Even on days where I have felt my lowest, love and care, that connection of light in those moments is everything to me.
