We had over 50 athletes at our “Winter Weights” today! Very proud to coach our kids that show up every day even when they are tired/sore. Winter Weights schedule: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays. 3-4pm. They will go now through February! All athletes not currently in winter sport.

🍳🥓 Breakfast Club Week 6 - Day #16 ✅ The girls averaged 42 athletes throughout our 3 sessions. There are 34 girls eligible for Breakfast Club, with 8 girls attending all workouts thus far! Team led by M. Grant, Grady, Ellie Whiteley, and Dickerson won the challenge today!
