This article from Talon News fails to address the statement made by Kevin Jacobs (O’Keefe’s lawyer) to the Oklahoman. Jacobs claims the email/memo sent out to the OC faculty is “factually incorrect” and “defamatory.” See screenshot from the Oklahoman below.

But let’s not forget: If this statement made by Kevin Jacobs is true, then OC provided The Oklahoman information under the full knowledge that faculty witnesses had made formal objections to the legitimacy of that information.

Again, I am coming to you all with the information that I know. At this point in time, two news outlets have releases stories devoid of all the facts. I anticipate they will not be the last. (1/14)
