Yesterday was an emotional & extraordinary tribute to Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II. Staff & residents of Albion Mill came together to watch the funeral & pay our respects. We send our deepest condolences to His Majesty King Charles III & the rest of The Royal Family.

Our lovely Resolve group have been busy getting out & about! They recently met with the Mayor of Blackburn with Darwen Council, then last week they were joined by Leader of the Council Phil Riley,Albion Mill Community Hub. Phil kindly answered questions about community services in our local area 💙

Yesterday was Albion Mill's Xmas party, residents,staff & volunteers enjoyed a performance by Paul Scholey as Elvis then a full Xmas meal!Later, Feniscowles &Cherry Tree singing group entertained us with carols & sing along songs!We hope our residents enjoyed it as much as us☺🥳

If you haven't been to our craft group come and give it a try! We make some fab jewellery and craft pieces✂️ Sessions take place every Wednesday 3pm-5pm 🕰 There is a cost of £1 for non residents which includes a brew ☕️ #hobbies #wellbeing #socialinclusion
