As a principal, I work hard to support teachers without tearing down others. Many are working hard within the mandates they’ve been given. Uplifting one group shouldn’t mean diminishing another. Leadership is about balance and respect. At least that’s how I see it.

Y’all, I have a whole new classroom decor this year. I’m so excited!!! I’m calling it “WCHS Antique Roadshow,” and my classroom is filled with historical artifacts I’ve collected over the years. 💛💛🖤🖤
