kyshari mccullough, do (she/her) Nurses are not ALL amazing. Doctors are not ALL amazing. Just being a part of a lifesaving group of people doesn’t mean you won’t be a bully. Studies have shown that female nurses do give a harder time to female physicians especially junior ones, and rate them more harshly.
