Unbelievable InterContinental SG InterContinental by IHG finally respond only after I post on social media but still havenโt done what their own customer relations and my bank instructed them to do. Huge amount held on card without permission for 23 days. Starting to feel like theft.
Despite being instructed what to do by their own customer relations InterContinental SG InterContinental by IHG still holding $1700 on my card for 23 days. Rooms prepaid in full prior to arrival and small bill settled on departure - what customer service ????
