Any new Government has a moral duty to care for those who care for us. This means addressing causes of suffering; workload, loss of ‘belonging’ , lack of flexibility in training, lack of careers advise from start to finish, lack of time to care/think, as well as pay & conditions.

As Prime Minister, you can appoint almost anyone you like to be a Minister. And we’ve seen some truly outrageous appointments - mates, cronies, donors & relatives. It is such an abuse of power. To see UK Prime Minister today appointing experts in their field gives me such hope.
