And with that, I am officially signing off from my role as Area 08A chair of AIChE Materials Engineering and Sciences Division ! can’t believe how quickly this year flew by! Last few days have been a whirlwind, but every moment was worth it. American Institute of Chemical Engineers (AIChE)

Kailei Liu gave his first #AIChEAnnual talk at #AIChE2024 in one of Systems Biology sessions in Division 15. He is using agent-based models for cell migration and chemokine transport and building up model parameters for specific cell types and sizes based on transwell data.
