Patient with RP mass referred for biopsy. Happened to notice severe leg edema - CT showed extrinsic caval compression. Performed the biopsy, then venogram. IVUS showed infrarenal IVC completely effaced and treated w kissing stents. This is why we #iRad

70 YO patient with hematuria requiring 8 unit transfusion after TURP... developed extensive DVT while on prolonged CBI. Did prostate embo -> urine cleared -> started AC after 3 days -> iliocaval / iliofemoral thrombectomy with T20 from pop access on day 5 post embo. #iRad
