JaneagainstTrump Matt Taibbi you can read a brief outline giving details of the case in the link, or John Moscows deposition for confirmation as to who was behind the Ziff brothers information given to Trump Jnr as a way to set up the Trump campaign by linking them to Russia. thedailybeast.com/russian-oligar…

Michael Caputo everyone keeps talking about surveillance and FISA as a central issue, but it wasn't. The Russia collusion narrative was built on the Steele dossier, Erica Thompson's cable embellishment of Papadopoulos' boasting and several other equally crappy documents that were alluded to in

Hans Mahncke Long ago, I (and also Hans) both urged that Trump 45 administration focus primarily on sunshine as a disinfectant. That Trump should appoint an official with responsibility for releasing unredacted Russiagate documents through executive authority (not FOIA). Rather than relying

Aram Fuchs WikiLeaks we've seen next to nothing - emails or otherwise - from post-election period and especially post-inauguration period - during which the Russia collusion hoax metastasized from a close-hold and unsuccessful Clintonista campaign dirty trick into a government agency operation that

Robert Gouveia Esq. Id be very cautious with this- its the defense lawyers version of what happened, and they were very cagey about what questions were answered with deception. Would be entirely consistent if she lied about shooting people with pepper balls on J6, not pipebombs.

My latest analysis on reports a person of interest in the J5 Pipe Bomb investigation supposedly failed an FBI polygraph. Link below.

Even granting admissibility (not that I agree), it's still worthless. No Jury is going to find reasonable doubt from a polygraph. They will only find doubt in the reliability of polygraphs after the Government gets done talking about them.

Agent Mondello I did the research. No reported U.S. criminal case was identified where a polygraph examination of a true third party (e.g., an alibi witness, informant, or non-defendant whose results were offered specifically to prove the defendant did not commit the crime) was admitted into

Given the White House intervention into the Flynn case, overriding organic closure, the safe bet is that the White House was being kept in the loop and ordering action be taken.

My money is on McCabe being involved in a love-triangle, and being gaslit into hitting the gas pedal to prove his masculinity by Lisa. One can dream.

I don't remember that presumption existing for those who didn't like Trump during, or even after, the Mueller investigation. But hey, you're not a reporter, you're a a media personality with an agenda.

Blanche is no crusader; but has been exposed to behavior far more abhorrent than what happened to Carter Page. Is Nunes coming? Will "Russiagate Tzar" mean anything? Who knows. But for perspective on Russian side, 100's of investigators & 10,000 police were assigned to Mikhailov.

Why does everyone rush to pin it all on the FBI? The White House and DoJ are the ones that need to be held to account. The FBI just followed orders.

Absent explicit emails detailing a planned threat for book sales, yeah. It's as petty and vindictive as it gets. For a guy who actively orchestrated railroading people he knew were innocent and destroying their lives with defective trials, one could call it a good karmatic start.
