Yesterday we were introduced to the new executive director of Arte Américas Dr. Ruben Quesada is a community activist, poet, translator, and editor. A native of Los Angeles, Dr. Quesada is the son of Costa Rican immigrants. Good things are coming! Downtown Fresno
