In C# all the secondary ctors must delegate to primary ctor via `:this()` syntax - this complicates refactoring to introduce primary ctor, since devs often prefer direct initialization instead of `: this()` to more "general" ctor. Now we can infer and create `:this()` for you:

Just added "tuple initialization" recognition and rewrite support. To be fair, I don't like this `=> (Name, Age) = (name, age);` pattern in constructors, so it's nice to eliminate some of those in favor of trivial initialization by primary ctor...
