The solution arrived. Yesterday, we handed over industrial sewing machines & materials to the KaraGirl Initiative in Kotido. Through #MTNChangeMakers, these tools replaced "menstrual stress" with local production, keeping 600+ girls in school with dignity. This reflects our ongoing
