This year at the APHA 2023 Awards For Excellence, Adventist HealthCare was one of three finalists in the Clinical Excellence: Quality of care and patient outcomes category, for San Radiology & Nuclear Medicine’s ‘Quality Improvement in Interventional Angiography’ project.

Congratulations to our San Cyclists who participated in the Bobbin Head Cycle Classic on the 26th of March. Sporting some new jerseys, they helped raise money for Lifeline who provides vital mental health services and suicide prevention. A big thank you to all who donated.

The San was greeted by a special visitor last week who brought a little bit of Easter cheer to our hospital staff and patients, bringing little chocolates to everyone who got to meet him. He was even lucky enough to get a ride in the ambulance.

Our lovely volunteers took their time to create some hand-made knitted poppies that were placed at the front of the hospital in commemoration of ANZAC day. 480 were put into the garden and an extra 70 were made into lapel pins.
