Excuse the rubbish mobile photo, it was taken just after 5am in Cornwall. Couldn’t decide at the time what it was and still no idea. Deffo not a rock and disappeared after a few mins, don’t think it moved enough to be a shark. Any thoughts?

Got pestered by five seals this morning so moved spot, then had a follow from another seal out of nowhere, really glad it didn’t take my surface lure! Then a flock of a dozen Sandwich Terns appeared and put on a great display. And all before breakfast 👌🏻

Treated by Dolphins yesterday evening and treated by Mother Nature this morning. The smallest ones are always the angriest…

A day of Easterlies meant that conditions just screamed Bass tonight…

… nothing big, but a steady stream of these made for an enjoyable evening.

Part two on the Bass tonight. Not sure there’s anything more exciting in fishing than retrieving a surface lure and having a shoal of chasing Bass revealed by the face of big wave.
