City of Bastrop Fire Department is assisting Bastrop County ESD #2 and other agencies in responding to a wildland fire in the vicinity of SH 21 and FM 1441. There is no risk to residents within the city limits at this time and we will notify you if this status changes.

Thanks to @TXBaptistMen and all organizations across the state who are donating important items to ensure our healthcare professionals and first responders are safe while responding to #COVID19.

Thank you, Dell Children's Health Plan for partnering with us to provide hygiene kits filled with essentials for families after a disaster strikes. These kits include toothbrushes, hairbrushes, and even some crayons for the kids - little items that bring big hope into crisis!
