Reading the Audiodrama "Battle of Jedha." Bit of a misnomer as 3/5 through and the battle hasn't begun; prolly should've been called "Crisis on Jedha," but eh, whatcha gonna do? In any case, it's an interesting mystery, and the cast is mostly good so far.

Finished Battle of Jedha (pretty good, 4/5 Stars) and now I'm starting a book I've owned for ages and just haven't had time to read, but now I have the Audiobook so I can read while working. From the writer of The Martian, it's "Project: Hail Mary!"

They had some cool Disney themed variant covers for the new Fantastic Four issue at the comic store today! I couldn't resist I had to get one. Tough choice but after asking a couple friends I went with the Mickey Mouse one instead of the Phineas and Ferb.

Today's comic shop loot and also a High Republic comic I bought used through Amazon that just arrived today, featuring my favorite High Republic character, Porter Engle, AKA The Blade of Bardota!

"Project Hail Mary" is really cool but to me the coolest part is the ship tech. The Hail Mary is designed to create artificial gravity in 2 ways- with the thrust provided by the engines and reconfiguring itself into a centrifuge! Looking forward to seeing how the movie shows it!

Found this on Google the other day when I was looking for fan art of the Eridians from "Project Hail Mary" the other day and it was so funny I had to share it! Bit of a spoiler, but they literally spoil that Rocky exists in the movie's first trailer, so...yeah here ya go.

Got my Pre-Order bonus Postcard signed by the author Charles Soule today! It's so cool! My only regret is that I have to decide between displaying the picture of Porter or his quote on the back...

Decided to put my Charles Soule signed postcard in the same protective sleeve as my signed Wedge Antilles poster! Covers up the helmet, but I think it works. And it will keep them both safe and on display!

Cyborg deserved it though. It WAS very satisfying to see the usually casual BG finally flip out when someone pushes him too hard, and he WAS having a really bad week.

Immediate pay cuts to the Executives (including my own presumably way too high CEO wages) with simultaneous pay raises to all the lower levels with heavy focus on the writers, artists, and animators. Lower the cost of Disney+ by $1 and open the vaults so everything is on D+.

Finished Project Hail Mary (5/5, will write a more detailed review later) and now I'm starting another sci-fi series - Book 1 in the Expanse series, "Leviathan Wakes!"

So I may or may not have bought the Guy Gardner figure from Walmart. Oh who am I kidding? Of course I bought it. For $8 it's worth it, even if it is one of his worst outfits.

And Guy Gardner joins some of my other superhero figures including fellow JLI members Booster Gold and Blue Beetles 2 and 3 on one of my shelves! I'm running out of space though so it may be time for some reorganizing of my shelves in the near future. Eh, they need dusting anyhow

I had NO IDEA one of the first 3 Companions from Doctor Who was in Superman until I saw this post! This reminds me of the time I first noticed John Ratzenberger was in the movie too. Goes to show you can see something thousands of times and still learn new things about it!

It's hard to explain to casual/show fans that Kendra Saunders and Shayera Hol are two different people, especially since I don't even fully understand the distinction as the Hawks are outside my area of expertise. Simplest explanation is Shayera is Hawkwoman Kendra is Hawkgirl.
