Magdalena Wrembel was a keynote speaker at the NNL2P conference. She gave a talk on cross-linguistic influence in the acquisition of L3 phonetics and phonology and delivered a presetation (prepared together with Kamil Malarski) on learners' attitudes towards Norwegian accents.

Our paper "How syntactic gradience in L1 affects L3 acquisition: A longitudinal study" was accepted for publication in Linguistic Approaches to Bilingualism! L1 gradience may account for lack of facilitative effects of Polish on the acquisition of L3 Norwegian. #multlingualism

Another outreach event! Noc Anglistów (a linguistics and English studies event) attracted quite a crowd of high school students. Magda and Kamil were talking about our research on multilingualism, offering a little bit of a pop science twist to it. Thanks for coming!
