🎍🥂🥳🎉Happy New Year everyone! 2022 and 2023 was rough -- I felt like I've lived a decade within the past year and a half. Working on being Anti-Fragile since I've got back home and I'm ready for 2024! I'm back on my feet and many more good things are coming. I am sure of it.

2 hours later and I’ve finally sorted out our client portal. Now everyone has their little dashboard and has access to their project’s kanbans that are all connected to my master kanban. No one gets to peek into another’s project. Everyone keeps their own privacy. 😌✨👌🏻

I’m struggling with the ick for my own work. Time to gather more inspiration and create something new. 😮‍💨😮‍💨😮‍💨

So the Australian govt released data on the gender pay gap and we've got this: public.tableau.com/app/profile/wg… 1 thing that bothers me heaps -- Shouldn't we be aiming to have 0% instead of +/-5% difference in pay?!
