framework to add granularity, will ideally be like the TMN Oncology classification, and then add better dx tools #askasn

about the overdx thing...not everyone with Diabetes or HTN has complications but we still say they have the condition! #askasn

to be controversial: don't think we need better equations, just better additional discriminators of other functions #askasn

Thought: did the cardiologists spend this much time debating LVH equations? Precision may be the enemy of good here #askasn
