Last week, the Comms Team traveled around the state to personally thank members of the #ARDOCFamily. Staff posed with a sign proclamation from Governor Sarah Sanders that proclaimed this week as #NationalCorrectionalEmployeesWeek.

While working in the tower at the East Arkansas Regional Unit. Cpl. Carla Akins aided in preventing a major incident at the unit. In response to her keen eye, she was recently presented a challenge coin by ADC Director Dexter Payne. Keep up the great work Cpl. Akins!
