Scripture promises that no one who calls on the name of the Lord will be put to shame. When the heart is in the right place, God knows.

“A hot-tempered man stirs up strife, but he who is slow to anger quiets contention.” Proverbs 15:18 ESV

The Bible is relevant because God wrote it that way. It’s timeless by His design. There are so many passages that read like they were written yesterday. Beautiful.

Since the Bible is God’s Word that means as we read it, He is literally speaking to us in story form. Are you willing to hear from him?

Christian: Stop making excuses for not reading the Bible. Remember, man doesn’t live by bread alone.

“A fool takes no pleasure in understanding, but only in expressing his opinion.” Proverbs 18:2 ESV

The price was paid and we didn’t pay it. Praise the Name of the One who did!

My buddy Tim preached for me at WE yesterday and delivered an encouraging word to all of us. As always the words that came out of his mouth were seasoned with grace and hope. I still consider Tim my pastor and I’m thankful to have such a hero to look up to.

Sometimes it’s hard to communicate to someone how desperately you need them. I try to do this with my bride, CC, but my words fall short. I’m so in love with that woman and I just wanted to tell y’all that. Oh and it’s our anniversary! 15 years today. Praise my King.

You wouldn’t call me a dog lover until this one came along. Bea was apparently dropped off near our farm during the pandemic. This dog is amazing. She listens well and is super intelligent. Anyways, I guess you can call me a dog lover now… kinda.

Jackson turns 16 today! How in the world is our nephew driving already? Don’t worry he is good behind the wheel. Happy Birthday Jackson.

Someone needs to hear this: You can’t instantly fix everything but you can immediately work on something. Does your marriage need some improvement? Need to grow in your relationship with Christ? It takes action. Immediately work on something and work towards the goal.
