Phenomenal signal fidelity possible #OnlywithOT. Site of 1 burn term contained 37% of the TCL and ranged from 0.02-0.07 mV. With its low noise floor, we’re seeing things differently with #EnsiteX. #HDGrid #TCSE #MidAmericaEP

Interesting PVC at MUSC Health with Jeffrey Winterfield. PVC was quickly mapped to lateral wall near ALPM insertion. A False Tendon was seen on ICE connecting from PM to basal Septum. LAT there was earlier than rest of septum. Are we seeing the FT activation?#Epeeps Abbott Cardiovascular 1of3

Fidelity of HD grid signals is impressive. Here is a TAPVR (repair: baffle to single RSPV) patient with both fib and flutter. After PVI rhythm organized to flutter, the entire CL on the grid on lat MA. Termination during ablation! Thanks to mapping help Sarah Whittam
