Our friendly schedule has had an amendment as we now play Wisbech Town Acorns in our opening game tomorrow. It’s an opponent we know quite well but for both teams, it’s a great opportunity to give players game time & start preparing for our season ahead. Come on Academy! 💙

Our first 8 fixtures of the new season! Plenty of home games which we will hopefully make the most of. We’d like another run in a cup too. 🏆 Come on Academy! 💙

Today, we travel to play AFC Ely in our second preseason friendly. It’s important that we take plenty of notes as we will be playing the same opponents three times this season across league and cup. Come on Academy! 💙

A win in our second friendly. Overall a tight game with both teams having chances but we come from 1-0 at half time to win 3-2. We looked more like ourselves in second half and goals came from Simon and Jack! Hopefully, we can continue to build on this. Come on Academy! 💙

A few new signings to announce today! Welcome Ovidijus, Xavier and Simon who are all newbies to the squad! 💙

21 to training tonight so ended up doing the 1000m challenge followed by an in-house game. Great effort from everyone! 👏🏻⚽️

Tomorrow we host Ramsey Town F.C Res in what will be another good test for us. We have a run of home friendlies now so it’ll give us a great opportunity to feel ‘at home’ with the new pitch. Hopefully another positive performance from the lads! 💪🏼 Come on Academy! 💙

A close game but we come out on top. Both sides had chances and a 1-0 scoreline is perhaps a surprise but thanks to Dan’s header from Ollie’s corner, we keep our first clean sheet in preseason & secure a second win. 💪🏼 Thanks & good luck to Ramsey Town F.C Res for the new season.

Today, we face Marshland Saints Reserves in what will be another good test for us. After our game on Tuesday was cancelled, we’ve had some extra time to recover from our win last weekend where we worked really hard as a team. Hopefully, it’ll be more of the same today! Come on Academy! 💙

A blistering start saw us 2-0 up in the first couple of minutes. We had several decent opportunities immediately afterwards which ultimately cost us the win. Can’t fault our attitude or work rate in the game which is the number one thing. PotM was Ollie. Come on Academy! 💙

A scoreline which is a little unfair due to the work rate & performance given and chances made by the team but again we got punished for not killing off the game. More minutes in the tank, more time gelling as a team & we remain unbeaten so far in preseason. Come on Academy! 💙
