Academy Learning was in NZ this week. News: the iconic Christchurch Anglican Cathedral is being reinstated after the 2010/11 earthquake to be the spiritual home of all faiths and none. It will look as it did before but be much stronger, safer and more comfortable!

Members of one of the St Andrews Pipe Band, Anthony Song, William Nichols and Lachlan Sneddon, were chosen to set the tone of outstanding achievement at St Andrews College Senior Stretch this week.

Over 100 students learn the bagpipes at St Andrews and the College Pipe Band recently competed in the Scotland World Championships, with 190 other pipe bands from across the world. They are now, officially, 3rd best junior pipe band in the world!
