Leave bicep curls until last! 💪💪💪 Many people do a lot of beach body exercises like bicep curls, shoulder press, bench press etc. Which is all well and good when trying to look good and target a particular muscle group. However you can make your workouts more efficient!🏋️‍♀️🧘‍♂️
