ABC Friends membership is open both to individuals & organisations or business community to join. Jonathan of Lost Dice in the CBD supports the ABC and the ABC Friends objectives. Engaging with businesses enables ABC Friends to represent the whole community in our advocacy.

As a marginal seat, Sturt is the place to be! ABC Friends SA/NT were invited to the campaign launch by Greens candidate Katie McCusker. Chris is with Greens candidate for Boothby, Joanna Wells (ABC Friends member) & Hon Robert Simms MLC, co leader of SA Parliamentary Greens.

Adelaide Writers' Week saw a gathering of ABC Friends from our national membership, engaging with Australian literacy and media hosts, including some ABC favourites!

Happy International Women's Day! ABC Friends celebrated at breakfast hosted by Sen Penny Wong with MC Sonya Feldhoff (ABC radio), to reflect how far we've come & how the world still has a way to go in equality. Rachael Perkins spoke of her incredibly active and supportive mother.

Here's ABC Friends committee member, Nick (on the right, wearing but concealing his T-Shirt!!!) met with Independent candidate for Grey, Anita Truss on Eyre Peninsula. It's great to hear Anita's support for restored funding, public ownership & maintaining independence of the ABC.
