The West Central Mississippi Chapter 4967 in Vicksburg hosted its annual Member and Volunteer Appreciation Picnic. Special guests included Mayor George Flaggs, Jr., Alderman Alex Monsour, Deputy Police Chief Hill, and other local leaders.

AARP MS Gulf Coast Volunteers played a vital role in making the day a success at the Moss Point Riverfront Jamboree, where volunteers supported a wide range of activities spread across the scenic riverfront.
