After a nicer weekend, clouds and rain are back in the forecast. We'll see on and off rain showers, with inland areas of Southcentral seeing peeks of sunshine later today. Rain and winds will also be expected for areas of the Interior throughout the day.

Winds have been gusting through the night, with little in the way of reprieve today. We'll see winds of 20 to 40 mph across Southcentral, with increasing rain chances. While areas of the Alaska Range see winds up to 65 mph. #akwx

Despite what summer weather we have seen this month along with the rain showers, this June is on track to close as one of the coolest since 2008 for Anchorage. #akwx
